Helen’s work at the CIJ helps develop the Centre’s research and advocacy activities. With experience in complex research and policy analysis, she supports identifying and monitoring emerging trends and developments in innovative justice.
As a researcher and policy specialist, Helen has been committed to improving social justice outcomes in areas such as family violence, women and the justice system, intimate partner violence experienced by older women, mental health, men’s behaviour change programs, financial security, health justice partnerships and housing precarity.
Helen has worked in a range of roles involving research, evaluation and policy advocacy. Previously Helen worked in academia in university legal studies and criminology departments.
