Matilda provides project support across a range of projects at the CIJ, with a focus on the CIJ's family violence research agenda. 

Matilda is a Juris Doctor graduate from Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Politics major) from The University of Melbourne. Matilda provides project support across a range of projects at the CIJ, with a focus on the CIJ’s family violence research agenda.

Prior to joining the CIJ, Matilda has held positions as a Paralegal in both the government and private sector and has volunteered with the CIJ’s partner, the Law and Advocacy Centre for Woman (LACW).

Matilda has a passion for how innovative and evidence-based solutions can be used to ensure the justice system evolves and innovates in keeping with society and meets the needs of the community’s most disadvantaged and marginalised populations.
