Raylene CarnieFinancial Counsellor
Raylene is setting up a financial counselling service in partnership with the Mental Health Legal Centre and Law and Advocacy Centre for Women supporting women in the justice system.
Raylene is a Financial Counsellor and Project Implementation Specialist with more than 30 years’ experience in the banking industry with leadership roles in Retail Banking, Mortgage Operations, Quality Assurance and Project Implementation. Raylene holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership and a Diploma of Financial Counselling from RMIT and is an Affiliate Member of the Financial & Consumer Rights Council Inc.
Raylene is a passionate advocate for those experiencing financial hardship. Her key objective is to empower individuals to become financially capable and resilient. Most recently she has been involved in volunteer initiatives at Fitted for Work, Good Shepherd Microfinance, South-East Community Links and Servants Community Housing.
