TAC Restorative Justice Program

TAC Restorative Justice Program

Open Circle is partnering with Victoria’s Transport Accident Commission (TAC) to provide a restorative justice program for people who have been impacted by road trauma.

You can find more information about the program on TAC’s website.

The TAC Restorative Justice Program is an opportunity for a person who has experienced serious harm from a traffic collision to communicate with the other person involved in the accident.

This communication can be a face-to-face conversation, an online discussion, a letter exchange or other form of communication where all participants are well supported by an experienced Open Circle facilitator.

Participants in the program will meet separately with the facilitator in preparation for the facilitated dialogue.

The program can also support people who are interested in exploring prevention and advocacy options through a restorative practice lens.
