Louise Glanville on her public service career, multidisciplinary practice, and the importance of Legal Aid.
The new CEO of Victoria Legal Aid is the first woman to hold the position, after a distinguished career as a public sector leader.
She has previously led agencies including the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, as well holding senior roles in the State and Federal Governments. Louise Glanville tells Rob Hulls about how her qualifications in both Social Work and the Law have informed her approach to multidisciplinary practice, and why legal aid is a fundamental part of the justice system.
