Restorative justice & the launch of Open Circle

In this episode of Talking Innovative Justice, the CIJ's Rob Hulls, Stan Winford and Nareeda Lewers discuss an exciting new phase in our restorative justice work.

The CIJ has launched its new Open Circle restorative justice service, as well as releasing a report ‘It’s healing to hear another person’s story and also to tell your own story’, detailing our pilot restorative justice project for serious motor vehicle collisions.

In this podcast, CIJ Director Rob Hulls is joined by the CIJ’s restorative justice experts Stan Winford and Nareeda Lewers to discuss the pilot project, the report and its findings, and the CIJ’s new Open Circle service, making restorative processes more widely available to people in Victoria to help them deal with the aftermath of crime and other harm.
