Riley Ellard
Manager, Strategy & System DesignRiley has worked in social policy across a range of sectors including disability, child protection, mental health and family violence.
Her experience includes service design, program evaluation, scoping studies, and implementation planning and support. Riley has also been involved in a number of impact investing projects, including the development of a social impact bond to improve outcomes for young people leaving care.
Riley has most recently worked in the Family Violence Reform Branch at the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, and before that she was employed as a Senior Consultant in the Health Ageing and Human Services team at KPMG.
She holds a BA/LLB (Hons) and an LLM (First Class Hons), both from the University of Melbourne. Her masters legal research focused on the intersections between human rights and the environment within public international law.
