Coronial Council Appeals Review
The CIJ made a submission to the Coronial Council Appeals Review proposing restorative justice program for the coronial system.
The Appeals Review adopted the CIJ’s recommendation in its report to the Victorian Government, which has agreed to implement eight of the eleven recommendations by the Coronial Council, and is currently considering the remaining three.
