Review of Age of Criminal Responsibility

The CIJ recently made a submission to the Council of Attorneys-General as part of their review of the age of criminal responsibility in Australia.

The submission points to the availability of restorative, rehabilitative and tested models that can act as an alternative to criminal justice involvement for at risk young people.
